DISNEY PIN OFFERS THAT COME FROM DIRECT MAIL TO CONSUMERS:

-          Consultants are to book the package in Disney (NO ROOM DISCOUNT PROMOS APPLICABLE)
-          Consultants then are to contact Disney Wholesale 407-939-7671
-          Provide Disney Wholesale with the LT/GW Booking # and ask if they will be able to apply the Pin # (Which they must provide and the lead name on the booking must be the same as the name on the Direct Mail Piece)
-          Consultant must also get from Disney Wholesale what amount needs to be deducted on our end in the booking so the client is not charged ie  Free Dining etc.

-          Then once the consultant has all this info and updates the NOTES in LT Booking we send over to USA Team to update the booking so the correct pricing shows AND the clients will still receive their Dining Package

Here are just a few of the highpoints from the meeting today:

--Starwood and Hilton going on HBSI. Sudha is testing them now. Outrigger is on the fence. Pauline has asked for the rollovers to be loaded until we have the OK for HBSI 

--GW DISNEY – went to Dean last week, hoping to open by end of next week BUT not all products will be open for sale based on the new commission structure

--Marie will check on the No longer Contracted List and will have 

--P1’S for Canada have been sent over to BJ

--Aqua Contracts just came in Peter is sending them over to ATI

--Manufactured Product Red Label will be coming soon for IH

       CITI HOST – Hotel based product for IN HOUSE 

       CONCIERGE – Welcome Letter upon Check in and then the hotel’s Concierge will call them and see if they can assist with any Dining recommendations or reservations, sightseeing, etc. No additional cost for this but will help with Customer Service for those hotels, mostly in NYC right now

When hotel renovated, they separated the 2 Bedroom Suite into Junior Suites and guest rooms which do not interconnect.
