PUNTA CANA –
NICKELODEON NO ETA A THIS TIME.. HOTEL HAS SENT US MULTIPLE
TEMPLATES WITH RATES – MARIA is trying to get clarification on which is the
most up to date
AND/OR trying to get copy
of HOTEL CONTRACT. Hotel is “supposedly” opening May 1st.
However:
Olympus is here from the
DR – advised Maria that the hotel is nowhere near complete and not sure what
they will be inspecting when they go down next month
BARCELO BAVARO
PALACE –
Jackie got response from her contact who said they will not be offering us
complimentary airport shuttle as our net rates – marked up is lower than hotel
website.
CARIBBEAN 2017
ROLLOVERS - Christina advised that the list of hotels with rollovers is on
the intranet. She will advise us where on the intranet it is.
There are issues with
some of the suppliers, i.e. Riu, Barcelo etc. EBB
rates were loaded however there was a release schedule that was added to the
products. Should we get any
Requests go to
Maria/Christina/Jackie/Robin/Mario before doing a one off code they
may be able to amend the release schedule on a case by case basis.
Moving forward when they
get the 2016/2017 contracts in house whatever contracts provide rollovers
for 2018 travel will be loaded at the same time as the original contract.
RIU PALACE ARUBA – per Maria’s
previous emails is completely open. They were only provided 3 bookings
where the agents were requesting commission protection.. 2 LTs & 1 GW.Wednesday, March 16, 2016
