Tentative MPC Process for sporting event tickets:
o Flight
Centre reservation ID (ex. IH/123456)
o Client
full name
o Consultant
name, branch/store, email address and phone number
o Event
name, time, location and seat selection

Credit card information should never be entered
on the website.

All electronic “E” tickets are at no additional
cost. These are indicated with a green “E”. Hard tickets will need
to be shipped at an additional cost to be notified at the time of confirmation.

A response will be received within 24-hours from
Angelika.
·
Once confirmed, an MPC will need to be entered
into Calypso for the amount of the tickets.
·
Tickets will be emailed to the consultant and
tickets will be direct billed to FCGP
