Weekly Business Meeting Recap

o   H/NAS/Baha Mar - Closed out in our system til January probably until Easter if we do not receive response from supplier on exact opening date.
o   Rosewood & SLS –
o   Contracts are not in house
o   We are unable to do any RFPs because they are all not open and fully functional.
o   Iberostar Grand Bavaro
o   Contracts for 2016 should be in house sometime this coming week.
o   Will be loaded shortly after.
o   Pompano Beach
o   Offline because rates are being revised. There was an error in calculating taxes on products that were online.

o   Lindsey will advise of ETA when it will be back online
