• If a EuroGuru hotel is not available at time of booking, agent can book a 4/5 star accommodation instead.    **Agent MUST put this information in the notes of the booking (EUROGURO Hotel not Available) 
• EUROGURU is listed in Calypso NET but NOT in Native for a complete list – refer to your EUROBREAKS print out or you can find it on the L:drive under Product Ranges folder.
