Scenario:
**Passengers
at depot desk Alamo does not see their reservation or they see a cancelled
reservation
Step 1 :
Call Alamo Desk: 1-800-662-2725… Extension 1
Step 2:
Provide booking code from DG F14 (this is the contract ID) **see screen shot
below
Step 3:
Provide voucher Number: This is our booking number -

Step 4:
Make new reservation with Alamo and update f8 notes.
Step 5:
Notify Depot directly :
They
can view the new confirmation immediately
If you are
unable to get thru to the Depot provide confirmation to agent to pass to
clients.
**Alamo will bill us as normal

Inventory Code is the CAR TYPE as per
Alamo
Calypso booking number is the Voucher
