Weekly Business Meeting Recap

1.       LINK Caribbean products.

-          She advised when sending an investigation to please thoroughly look into the scenario as they have limitations to what they can supply to us as the contracts are not in house.

o   If product shows minimum nights in our system and not on the official hotel website- agent or product support please contact hotel to get the OK to have guests stay for the number of nights they are seeking.

o   For occupant limitations- please contact hotel to get the OK to have the number of people in the room agent is seeking.

-          For other issues- such as link not working, inventory message, etc- you can send investigation.

-          If content team is not able to resolve the issue with any link properties and further investigation is needed, an email will have to be sent to the Caribbean Product Team so the supplier may be contacted. (Direct from Marisol)

-          Overall, please be aware that product team does not have all the information in house. Most cases that are being sent over can be resolved by contacting the hotel.

2.       14 New Hotels in the Caribbean we will be contracting.

-          We cannot do one offs  yet for the 14 new hotels as supplier info (D-A Screen) is not yet in the system.

-          Procurement is currently reviewing contracts and content will be loading. No ETA as to when- may take some time.
