o   Hyatt Ziva MBJ- Maria T’s visit:

o   Main Lobby still has Ritz Carlton Décor

o   It’s a family resort however they did not have a lot for the children other than a kids club

o   Room categories of Junior Suite and higher are probably the best for clients to stay in and have a good “Hyatt” experience

o   If clients are seeking the true “Hyatt” experience of seeing what Hyatt has to offer- this property is not going to fully give them that experience as it still has the Ritz feel to the property.

o   Rollover Contract

o   Content team is reaching out to all supplier to ask for a rollover contract.

o   Existing rollover contracts should all be in system within the next 2-4 weeks.

o   Supplier Contract

o   For 2016- all supplier contract will be on the T-Drive

o   If you are seeking 2015 supplier contract and it is not located on the T-Drive; please email Caribbean Product. They will find it for you as some may be within their inbox/email.

o   JTL Transfers

o   Procurement received one way transfers for Jamaica.

o   Maria is currently reviewing them to have it loaded. She will put them on the T-Drive and it will show not reviewed. We can do RFP for it while it is in the process of getting loaded.

o   Should be loaded within the next 3 weeks.
